While the beautiful Kamahi tree grows prolifically across most of New Zealand, we reckon the forests down south produce a flavour that is just a little bit special. More mellow than its West Coast cousin, our Kamahi Honey nevertheless brings a depth of flavour that belies its buttery complexion.
